Leonard M. Tyko, DDS, MD

Dr. Tyko is a board-certified oral surgeon licensed as both a physician and a dentist, bringing uncommon depth to complex care. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a respected leader who has helped advance oral surgery through hospital service, statewide advocacy, continuing education, and volunteer care.
After earning degrees from UC Riverside, UCLA, and the University of Texas, Houston, he completed medical training, a general surgery internship, and an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency. Dr. Tyko has led trauma care, earned distinguished recognition, and remains deeply committed to improving patients' quality of life in Santa Rosa daily.
Jason M. Rogers, DDS

Dr. Rogers is a skilled oral surgeon who believes excellent outcomes begin with trust, comfort, and individualized planning. He combines advanced surgical training with a compassionate chairside manner, helping patients feel supported through every phase of treatment. His work includes private practice care in Santa Rosa and complex cases at Kaiser.
A UC Irvine graduate, Dr. Rogers earned his dental degree from UCSF, where he was recognized for leadership, teaching, and research, then completed his residency at Loma Linda University. He also contributes through publications, scientific presentations, and volunteer service, reflecting a strong commitment to patient-centered surgical care.

He was attentive and took extra care to make sure all of my questions were answered, and my recovery went very smoothly!
