What to Expect: To streamline the process, we offer online patient forms for completion prior to your visit. During your initial visit, Dr. Tyko or Dr. Rogers will review your health history and current medications. If not supplied by your referring doctor, digital X-rays will be taken. Dr. Tyko or Dr. Rogers will discuss your treatment plan. In some cases, treatment may be completed on the same day; in others, a follow-up appointment may be necessary.
What to Bring: For your first visit, please bring the following:
- A surgical referral slip from your dentist and any current X-rays.
- A list of medications you are currently taking or being administered.
- Information about any medical conditions you have.
- Your dental insurance cards, so we can assist with billing.
- A parent or guardian if you are under 18.
Having these items ready will help us provide you with the best care and streamline your visit.
Scheduling Your First Visit
You can schedule an appointment with our team Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Surgical procedures are typically scheduled in the morning. If you’re experiencing facial pain or have a dental emergency, we will make every effort to see you promptly. Please arrive a few minutes early, and if you need to reschedule, kindly notify us at least 48 business hours in advance.
